We believe in small group training for more personalized coaching and faster results. We use the SHREDmill, Dashr laser timing, and the USR app to measure real progress so both athletes and parents can see exactly how they’re improving. When athletes see results, they stay motivated—and that’s where the magic happens. Plus, we’re the only facility in North Georgia with a SHREDmill, trusted by top college and pro athletes to build elite-level speed.

Coach Sugg brings more than a decade of experience coaching athletes at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. He’s a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a master's in Kinesiology and currently serves as the Director of Strength and Conditioning and Assistant Football Coach at Etowah High School.
He’s also a dad, a former college athlete, and someone who believes that training should be tough—but also fun.
